files in the My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 are missing

So, my files in the electronic arts file are missing   I can't open the sims 4. I can't find anything that can fix this.I only have these in the Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 -

- Mods
-  clientDB.package
- Config.log
- GameVersion.txt
- Options.ini
- UserData.lock
- UserSetting.ini

Anyone knows how to fix this? ( I can't put a link of the screenshot because I just made this account to ask about this lol )

Also, I've reinstall it 3 times. Even deleted the Electronic Arts file, right when I open my Sims 4, Sims 4 would crash and they made new Electronic Arts file but they only create the files that I listed above.

Those files are actually enough to run the game.
Can you tell us what TS4 games you have, and where you got them?
