Can't find Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4. Empty Can't find DocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 4.

Hello ! 
I installed the sims 4 (+ get to work / get together / city living). The game works very well and thanks for that! Very Happy
However, I can not find the folder
Documents \ Electronic Arts \ The Sims 4
Where I could install new objects etc ... WhatDidUJustCallMe?
Is there a solution? Had a problem in installation?
Thank you in advance !
PS. Sorry for my english  WhatDidUJustCallMe?

Path = C:\User\username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4.
It's not a document but a folder

try the command

Back then when I once helped another user through TeamViewer, I also used the search function. Instead I searched for a known file inside that folder. Like the GameVersion.txt file. Turned out that apparently the COMODO anti-virus program moved the folder into some kind of sandbox, for "safety reasons".  What a Face

Has your problem been solved, or was there anything else we could help you with?
