Sims 3 No ISO to mount? [SOLVED]

i'm in the process of reinstalling everything and I can NOT, for the life of me, find the ISO to mount from the Start Disk or Disk 1...it's so weird - I know it was there when I originally downloaded it...but this time (fresh download) I can't find it...Please help! Thanks:)
