sims 3 pets trouble; went through other pages before

hello am having a bit of trouble with my game,

downloads sims 3 pets
then it send missing file needed disk one
so checked your website and downloaded pets installation FIX
but installation guide wouldnt open so i tried with other programmes but now it wont let me try adobe like you said on webpage; and wont let me change it to anything else
i was just wondering if u would be able to send me them through here?

Hello,

The .PDF file should be opened using, indeed, Adobe Reader. If you can't open it, just right-click on the file and choose "Open with..." and then search for Adobe Reader.
Or, you could open Adobe Reader and then open the .PDF file via the "Open..." option.
