Sims 3 Pets/Late night trouble.[SOLVED]

Hello, I downloaded the Pets expansion, I read the directions a few times over
and followed them exactly, but when I go to my game launcher, there are no new
expansions added. I thought maybe it was just the Pets, so I tried it with the Late Night
expansion, and still it doesn't seem to work. If anyone is able to tell me maybe what I am
doing wrong, it is greatly appreciated.

And where did you download them from? Are they from Games4theworld?

Yes, that's the guide I used. I downloaded them from PirateBay but it said it was from Games4theworld.

Lol it's alright. I installed them through utorrent. I also uninstalled and reinstalled them.

Lmao. Yes, that's how I uninstalled them. I used Winzip at first. I read today to use Winrar, so I switched to that, but it doesn't run setup.

I just am not sure what to do at this point. I can never get a set up screen to come up. I've got all the files there, I just don't know what to do next.

Okay it's working for the pets, but not the late night. But on the pets it says it needs the serial code.

I greatly appreciate your help thus far. I read the installation guide and was able to get both of them installed. The Late Night works great; however when I installed the Pets, it goes to the main menu where you choose you family and click the play button, but when I click the play button, it doesn't do anything.

I haven't downloaded any mods. I've got The Sims 3, the Generations and two expansion packs I bought at the store. The Pets and Late Night were the only one's I downloaded. But now, not even the Sims itself will work. It gets to the loading screen and then stops when it's fully loaded, it doesn't do anything else. Do I have to uninstall everything?
