The Sims 3 Has Stopped Working.

Hey guys.
I have had the Sims 3 installed on my PC for about 3 days. Im up to the latest patch and I have all expansion & stuff packs installed up to the Katy Perry one.
I have been playing fine until this morning when my game started to randomly close and say 'the sims 3 has stopped working' for no reason. I usually get it after about 2minutes of playing.

I have tried removing all mods and cc, I have tried adding the .exe's to the DEP, and none of these have worked.
My computer runs the game very easily so I dont believe it will be a problem with my graphics.

If anyone could tell me what was wrong with my game and how I can fix it that would be great

Yep Im running the game as administrator, and Ive cleared the cashes, tried it in different compatability modes. Done everything that is on the page you linked to me, but none of it has worked

If yes/no, please re-do and read the instructions very carefully and do not skip any steps. Good luck and please let us know the result!

Yep I have installed the game correctly. It was playing fine for about 2 days (played about 8 hours each day aswell), and then I suddenly got a crash and now it happens every time I play.
Just wondering, is there an IRC or chat room for games4theworld? I have a few questions aswell as trying to get this problem solved so it would be a lot easier to ask in an IRC or something

It may be too complicated to fix via posts. It's easier, for me and you, to do it via the chatbox and then via TeamViewer, so I can actually see the issue. It should only take minutes to fix the problem.
