Need help regarding SIMS 3 expansion packs and stuff

Hi! So I'm in a very confusing situation at the moment. I installed sims 3 and the expansion packs form scratch but the thing is that I got confused in a step so I'm going to list the things that I did.
1. Downloaded the base game and all the expansion packs with all the stuff packs.
2. Installed the base game in English.
3. Opened the installer for World Adventures and updated because it said there was an update available. Then I noticed it wasn't the Pets, generations or town stuff package and canceled the installation. (the installer was in english)
3. I installed Generations but the installer popped out in Korean since my computer is in Korean.
4. Installed World adventures and it installed in english
5. Installed the pets and it installed in korean
6. Installed town life stuff package and it installed in english
7. Installed Ambitions package and it installed in korean
8. Installed Late night and it installed in Korean
9. Installed Fast lane stuff package and it installed in english
10. Installed Outdoor living stuff package and it installed in english
11. Installed High end loft stuff and it installed in korean.
12. I applied the fix on the places the instructions said to.
13. When I wanted to update it, the launcher said error during start up. please the log for more details.
14. I just installed the crack in the base game but it didn't work anyways.
15. I decided to try everything from scratch and first uninstalled the games that installed themselves in Korean. Ran the launcher and it worked fine ._.
Now the thing is that I want to install the expansion packs like Generations, ambitions, late night, pets and the high end loft stuff pack. Should I just uninstall everything and try again?
Or is there a way of just installing everything in ENGLISH without having to uninstall everything..?
So complicated Please Help
Oh and I didnt download everything from G4TW dont' really remember which though OTL

Heeey! Thanks for replying! I have tried what u said but I'm somehow missing step 3. Now you'll see a file called "Locale". Double-click on it and change the value to "EN-us".
I can't find the file named "Locale" the only ones that pop out are
-CCDisabled
-DateTimeOffline
-DiscAuthDrive (file type: REG_SZ)
-FirstRun
-PageIndex
-SoftwareUpdate mode
and the file types of the others are all REG_DWORD....
So yea what should I do..?

Did you try looking in this path too: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Wow6432Node > Sims > The Sims 3 ?
