unable to see only MALE CC in game

Hello,

I got a new computer and installed all the latest Sims 4 game (excluding ultimate fix).

I can get into my game BUT when I try to go to create a male sim EVERY OPTION is empty.

Please advise, thank you.

Hello again,

Did you install the items in the correct order? Base game -> Get to Work -> Get together -> City Living. If it's a new computer in your case, I don't think mods or CC cause the issue, but if you put some mods in your game indeed, please remove them for now.

I installed everything according to the Sims 4 instructions. I will remove the CCs and put them into the game progressively. I will let you know what happens, thanks.
