Sims 4 crashing (please help)

I posted here already, but no one seemed to answer.

My Sims 4 has a problem. It crashes in CAS if I try picking an aspiration. If I choose a premade family, they won't have any aspiration at all, and when I try picking it (not in CAS), it shows the different categories but there are no aspirations to choose.
It ALSO crashes when I try moving the camera around.
It became literally unplayable.

Please don't ignore me and ACTUALLY answer my problem. I downloaded the game (and EP's) from here and no one else can help me.

Hmm! How odd...I would love to try and help you solve this annoying issue! Are you using Windows or Mac?

Also, please explain what you did to install this game (you may be missing something important!)

I'm using windows

I installed the Sims 4, then I installed the Ultimate Fix. Afterwards, I realized I had to install the other expansion packs, so I got Get to Work and Get Together as well. All from this site

Simple question that's usually one of the major problems. Do you have any mods installed?

No, no mods at all

You have to re-apply the ultimate fix AFTER applying the expansions as well

The link I sent you IS city living but it contains the ultimate fix which you can't find separately.. Unfortunately, it means that you will have to have city living on your game but it's great fun (also includes more stuff packs!  )

I'm sorry, but it didn't work. Any other solutions beside uninstalling and reinstalling?

Honestly I would just try and start again (I had to do this several times for it to work!) Follow this guide step-by-step

Make sure you are following the directions on how to install sims 4 correctly step by step, and make sure that you don't have a previously installed version of the sims 4 (not from GFTW). Having anything from previous game installs not related to the newest update/crack released by GFTW makes the game crash.

Also, try deleting your Sims 4 folder located in Documents/Electronic Arts then restart the game and let me know what happens .
