The Sims 3 Black Screen on Loading Screen.

Hello and sorry for the belated reply, 

That sounds familiar. I remember the problem could be caused by some cache files that were created when you installed...custom sims?! And some other things too. Let me see if I can find the thread again.

Sorry for late reply. I tried anything there but nothing work. At first, i managed to go to menu screen but i get black screen again on neighborhood loading. Then i tried for second time and get black screen again on loading screen .    I never downloaded any custom sims and no conflicting mod either.

So, i decided to search from another forum and website and find factory reset things from crinct and it works !!  Thank you so much for helping me before The_gh0stm4n. It really helped me although it didn't work for me. And sorry again for my very bad english.

That's good to hear! Maybe it was an issue with your cache files? But that also means that you cannot use your old savefiles anymore, because of the factory reset. Do you still have the folder "The Sims 3", that you renamed or removed? The subfolder "saves" contains your savefiles, and maybe you can transfer that subfolder....into your new "The Sims 3"-folder, that was created after you did the factory reset. 

Feel free to try it, and let us know if you like, how it went.

Yes, i keep the old save folder. But, I decided to make a new one.   The old one is not really necessary for me. You can mark this thread as solved maybe? And thank you again for helping me The_gh0stm4n.
