Sims 3 crashing

Hello,
So I downloaded all sims 3 expansion packs from games4theworld (I had the Sims 3 base game, supernatural and latenight before so I don't installed them) and at first, my game was doing good but now everytime I go to the options and close them, my games crushes. If I don't go to the Options, It seems to work a while, but then from nothing it crashes.I tried to delete the cache files, move the mods/download folder to the desctop so there isn't any cc in my game... But it's still don't working.. Any ideas to get rid of this problem?

Is it with a specific save you are playing or in general?

I think it's in general because I saved the family & the house and deleted the old save and created a new save in a new town and placed the family there and it was still don't working

I have a couple of theories, one might hinge on if you use mods. If so, it could be an out of date mod.

The other may be perhaps that the legit game packs are for whatever reason conflicting with the cracked ones. I myself use the full version from this site, so I would not know for sure if the two will play nice with each other. What version of the game do you have, for example 1.67 or 1.69?
