Sims 3 generations PROBLEM

I already have Sims 3 & town Life stuff (i bought the cd!) they work perfectly. But now im trying to install Sims 3 genrations but it shows me this message when i clic on sims3e04setup!!! please HELPPP

Hello,
Did you use winRAR to extract it? If you use any other program, the files can get messed up.

Okat thnx now i installed it but when I clic to start playing it says unable to start game
