Sims 3 Generations problem Empty Sims 3 Generations problem

Hello,

So I just got Sims 3 Generations. Installed it, I also have Sims 3 Pets, and ofcourse base game. I cracked Generations, put the crack to the Sims 3 Bin folder, launched it from there, and suprise, an error pops up. It says : Unable to start game, service initialiazation failed(0x024e424f). I downloaded here Ultimate Fix, it removed the error, but when I went to Build Mode, it crashed to desktop. So, i reinstalled all Sims expansions+special packs. And the problem haven't gone. My computer meets minimum, and pretty much over minimum. Thanks everyone anyways !!

Hello,

What version is your base game? It starts with 1.xx.x .
Also, do you have any Mods and/or Custom Content?

And... did you get an "Unofficial Game Modification" error?

I don't have any CC or mods.

Hello,
Please use the manual patch found here, but take care not to use the 1.31 patch yet. Use the patch in combination with the fix, when you get to step 11, use the manual patch instead of the launcher to update your game.

Hello,
The fix has an #Installation Guide.pdf that lists all the steps to take when you apply it.
You are the same person from the topic in the downloads section yes? Lets stick to that topic to avoid confusion, and I'll close this one.
