TS2 Open For Business Problem Installing

I have a problem on my ofb ep when I run autorun.exe a message pops up saying please insert disk number 1
-I tried mounting it but it won't work
-I tried moving it in a fresh folder but it won't work either
what would I do to instal it
I need some help here.

After you moved it to a fresh folder, have you tried what happens when you rename the folder _Install to f.e. Install_old ?
Then try to install again.

we are talking about sims 2 here not sims 1

The article I referred to is about disk nr. 1 in the Sims 2
