Some expansion and stuff packs are not downloading.

So I recently downloaded the sims 4 and all of the dlc and I used the guide in the correct order. I had to delete and redownload it a few times to get the game to actually run, but now when I try to play, it says "download to use" on the city living pack and also on a bunch of stuff packs. I can play the game fine, but I do not get to use those packs because they say "download to use", but every time I try to connect to download, it says it failed to connect. So what do I need to do? It's taken me probably 12 hours to download and get to this point and its very frustrating lol

Please do the instructions from step #5 onwards. Then test the game again.   Good luck! Sometimes the Windows operating system doesn't "recognize" it when files are moved/copied/pasted. So you would have to try re-doing these steps.

what are you using to download ( download manger ) in there click on the file you have downloaded and right click it somewhere you will see force check press that and it will check to see if everything is downloaded if its not it will download missing files all so check if it says downloaded 100% have a look to see how big the file should be and how much is actually downloaded before extracting it  ive had it happen to me ive had a corrupted download because a missing file and it dont install right

Hello,

The message "Download to use" (that the OP is experiencing) is an in-game message, indicating a problem with the recognition of DLC. It has nothing to do with the download process.
