zloemu.tk not loading Empty zloemu.tk not loading

For some reason I'm not able to go to the site linked in Tarac's guide to install the Vampire DLC and the toddler update. It just keeps loading until I get the "504 Gateway Time-out" error. Is there any other way for me to get Vampires and Toddlers?  Why.
