Sims 3 store items

Hello guys its me again. I have your sims3 and all expansion packs. I have store items and everything works peferct with your store fixes until i decided download some new hair and after that all downloads just didn´t show in my game..that never happened to me before, so i was confused. So i decided reinstall base game. The game works perfect but i just can´t install store items again. I did false instalattion, used unblock and it still says that i need new software updates.Also i already tried delete everything in DCBackup, DCache and InstalledWords and delete cache in sims 3 document folder too but..still don´t work. I don´t know why i can´t install them now if it worked before. Please help i am so sad because of it cause i really need that..

i tried it but dont work..anyway thanks for help i solved it i just have another problem..i notice the new fix is here but i can´t download it D: and i have my adblocker turn off
