Origin not currently running error

Hello.

I installed the sims 4 on my computer.
Only your files, nothing else. All packs have been installed, in order.
But I had the error "the sims 4 stopped working". I installed the temporary fix and since I have the error "Origin not currently running".
With one or the other, I can not play sims
I have uninstalled all my anti-virus, I have disabled the windows firewall, I moved the game in program files instead of program files x86,
I released the game from the electronic arts folder, but nothing does not work.

Could you help me ? I am under windows 8.1 professional.
