The Sims 4 Not running, Origin not running error and Unable to start error. Tried Everything...

My friend wants to play the sims 4 badly on her computer, but the thing is that every single time I install the sims 4 on her computer, it will always give the ' Unable to Start' Error...and when I installed the fix that this website has provided for me, it still makes an error but a different one (Origin not Running error)...I have moved the location to C:\Program Files x(86) to avoid that Error but it still doesn't solve the problem...

For the installing and unistalling process, I have disabled the Windows Firewall and Defender ENTIRELY before the install...Then, I proceed to restart the computer, Installing and uninstalling (including registry editing with CCleaner support ) the game for numerous times (I think around 15 times for each version, lost count) and have used the RELOADED version and the G4TW version...Still it just doesn't want to run. 

My other friend has also a similar Laptop, but he is running on Windows 8.1 and guess what happens? It works the first time...I have compared everything...the redistributables, the direct x11....EVERYTHING is the same..except for the OS of the two laptops... 

Can anyone please inform me on why is this happening??? It got me a little bit pissed off at first, but now it's just depressing...I would like to know if anyone has a fix on this, I wouldn't say that I have given up 100%...but it's starting to become an option...

500 GB of storage, 2GB of Ram
Windows 8 Single Language (64 Bit)
