Origin opening

It's good to know the origin error no longer pop-ups. What is this new error exactly? Is it some game packs missing? Or are you still not able to run the game?

From what I can see all the packs seem to be there. It gives me the message above and when I press okay it closes.

Previously when I had this error it was the .dll files that were missing so I repasted the contents of the rar file and it worked. I've done this countless times now and nothing

 It seems that it's definitely corrupted data in your sims 4 folder. Though, determining which one can be quite hard. Could you perhaps post a screenshot of your Sims 4 folder and I'll see if you missed out some files inside.

Hmm. I saw that you removed the mods folder on your first post. Did you perhaps put it back again after the origin error disappears?If you did, move it out again and try to run the game. If not, then it's not mod related.

Actually replacing the files usually work for me, unless you skip out on placing the others. Well, do keep us updated and see if re-downloading the torrents back will fix it.

How big is your data file? Mine is 2.49gb which led me to believe it did not merge but deleted and its a bit hard to download all of the stuff again on limited Internet lol.

It seems you're missing quite alot? If the data folder alone is 10.7GB. My entire Sims 4 path folder is 21.6GB. I take it there's no other way for you to save the downloaded files to external drive? I'm sorry about that though.

How do you mean? I deleted all my zip files because I didn't want them to take space lol XD Trust me to make  such a stupid mistake

Yeah i meant that if you have an external hard disk or usb, you could save the downloaded files in case you need to re-install anything.
