[FRENCH] Update vampire loading bug. [SOLVED]

Hello good night
(I'm French and bad in English, so I use google trad)
I installed the v1.29.69.1020 update, it is correctly installed, the games start but arrive at loading after induction, the sims logo (which moves basic) freezes, the games have completely breakdown, to quit The sims that I am forced to pass The task management.
I installed the update v1.29.69.1020, it correctly installs the game boots.
The first bug arrived at the time of presentation of the installation of the pack, arriving at the presentation of the bowling, the planting of games remaining completely repaired makes me go through the management of the tasks.
Since the game bug to loading after induction, the sims logo (which moves the base) freezes, games completely block, I have to close it go through task management.

(It remains fixed like in the image, it remains fixed as in the photo, but the mouse always moves and the music works).
I try to make the game work by modifying the Game folder, but still the same error.
I do not know what to do to move forward, would anyone have a solution?

Salut a toi ! je parle francais 
du québec alors peut tu m'expliquer ton problème en francais sans google traduction haha a se que jai compris Ton Jeux freeze sur le logo des Sims 4
Tu peux telecharger le jeux avec ZLOrigin ainsi que tous les derniers pack vampire etc e ainsi la derniere mise a jour du jeux 1.30.103.1010
ZLOrigin est un client comme Origin mais cracker(pirater) ainsi tu peux avoir les mise a jour du jeux et dernier pack
voici le tuto( en anglais) pas compliquer T'inquiète pas

Super! au moins je suis sur que quelqu'un comprendra vraiment ce que je dit (vue que google trad n'est pas des plus fiable) :,)
j'ai vue que ZLOrigin avais l'air vraiment sympa je comptais l'installer sa tombe bien! ^^
Donc je t'explique le problème que j'ai actuellement
Depuis que j'ai installer la maj le jeux fige au chargement, au tout premier lancement il allait jusqu'a l'écran de choix (si ont peu appeler ça comme ça :,) ) il me disait "bienvenu dans sims...." puis il sité toute les extension ajouter, arriver au pack Bowling, le jeux figé plus de réaction mon curseur bouger la musique était la mais le jeux ne répondais pas. Bref j'ai quitter en forçant l'arrête et maintenant des que je le lance il ne va pas plus loin que sur la photo que j'ai mise plus haute. Le prisme tourne puis ce fige d'un coup et le jeux ne répond plus donc obliger de forcé l'arrêt...
J'ai essayer les solution que j'ai trouver sur le site comme remplacer le ficher Game par un donner sur le site, mais rien à faire!
Je vais installer ZLOrigin et faire la mise à jour j'espère que ça réglera le problème !

alors bien mon amis sa tombe bien.. jai eu le même problèmes que toi il me montrais tous les extension et rendu au bowling le jeux freeze j'ai eu de la difficulter a forcer l'arrêt je devais ouvrir un 2 ième bureaux !
je te conseille de télécharger ZLOrigin je lai installer hier et j'ai jouer 10 heures sans aucun bug ou freeze !
plus haut j'ai mis le lien (tuto) pour installer ZLOrigin enplus tu peux update le jeux a la dernière version 1.30.103.1010
et avoir les derniers pack( vampire) et le pack Parenthood qui sort demain . mais pour ce pack il seras pas tout de suite dispo sur ZLOrigin je crois sa viendras avec le temps
au plaisir de te relire bientôt tien moi informer

As tu supprimer tes ancien jeux sims 4 et installer les sims 4 et tous les pack via ZlOrogin

J'ai le même problème que Akanahe, donc j'ai suivi vos instructions.
Mais voilà, impossible pour moi de télécharger le jeu de base Les Sims 4 sur ZLOrigin.
Le téléchargement se lance et au bout de quelques secondes, un message d'erreur apparaît :
"ERREUR DE TELECHARGEMENT
Désolé, Origin n'a pas réussi à télécharger votre jeu. Veuillez vérifier votre connexion Internet ou réessayer ultérieurement."
Le même message apparaît si je télécharge un autre jeu.
Je suis bien connectée avec Zclient et j'ai bien installé ZLOrigin...
Quelqu'un d'autre à le même problème ?

Do open a new topic/thread for your question. Alternatively, you could search the forum for similar posts. Or rather, if you prefer to speak in french, just stick to this thread for the time being.
Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about language barrier but I do hope you could keep the post to English instead. There's no need for 'fancy' or proper terms as long as we can understand.

I fix his problem
he judt uninstall all sims4 and he download ZLOrigin and Zclient and download sims 4 again ,also he put Cloud Option to mailru for downloading Sims 4. He say thanks you the game run better than before with ZLOriginYou can closed the Post
Sorry about french. He explain me in french to understand better

Make sur in Zclient you put Cloud Option to MAILRU
Than login again and open ZLOrigin
Dans zclient met loption cloud sur Mailru

Actually, if you're not good at English, it's OK to try this in another language. We've done this before with Dutch and German, and I don't mind.
