Broken character values? [SOLVED]

if i go to my toddler's character values, this happens

i have no idea what could be causing it (i have the latest patch and got parenthood with the fix for missing interactions) help!!
ps: also, my sims keep getting the friendly and negative things that show up above their heads (these >> ) without even interacting with people?? im so confused

found the problem. it was caused by the ui extensions mod (it breaks with every patch apparently sighs)

Jup. That mod truly creates problems. I hope if other people read this and have that mod installed, to remove it and check if it does not fix their game.
