Sims 4 stopped working. !? [SOLVED]

Hi everyone
I am probably another person with the same problem but i'm just sooo tired of trying to fix it ...
I have The Sims 4 with all games and new updates (1.30.105.1010). My problem is that my game keeps crashing..
It shows me that Sims 4 has stopped working and nothing changes. I tried with deleting my cache files. I even downloaded ModConflictDetector. I renamed the Game folder and i don't even remember what else i did, but it still doesn't fix the problem. I really don't want to reinstall the game cause i don't play so much like i used to and i don't have the time to do everyting all over again.
Can anybody help me somehow or i should just leave it like it is..
I also forgot to mention that my game is moved to my disk D , but i followed all the instructions by this site.

First , thank you for your fast answer!!
I checked my driver and it wasn't up to date so i updated it !
Also i made a picture of My Documents because there are several LastCrash files but i don't see LastException.
And i haven't tried to move my game on the desktop.
I'll see if anything is changed now

I played for one hour and it didn't crash , i hope that the problem is fixed.
Maybe it was because of the driver !
