Expansion Packs?

Hi, again.. Okay so I am 100% new at this and I need help. I have no idea how to add the packs to my game. like I have them all downloaded and stuff, but how do you add them? If there was a page on it could you send it or explain to me how. I didn't see anything. If anyone could help that'd be really helpful! thank you!!
