shortcuting the sims 4 exe file [SOLVED]

I'm having trouble using the shortcut to opening the sims 4 on the desktop. It just opens origin and thats it and doesn't open the game.
I'm able to go into the game's directory to the exe file to open the game that way but i was just wondering if there was something i can do or change in order to get the shortcut working for the desktop?

Rightclik in the game's directory on the .exe file and make shortcut.
