Game can't be closed

Hello
I have the problem that I can not close the Sims 4.
I always have to close it with the task manager
can you help me to fix this problem?

Hello there,
Did the game freeze when you're trying to exit? Also, if you have mods/CCs installed, I'd suggest moving them out temporarily (or the entire sims 4 folder in Documents) and run the game, then try to exit.

Glad to hear that. It seems to be caused by an incompatible or outdated mod. You can try to put the mods slowly (if you have few of them), or if you have alot of CCs, test them in batches to rule out the conflicting mod.
