Initialisation error at start up Sims 4 Empty Initialisation error at start up Sims 4

Hi, I've downloaded The Sims 4 torrent and also used the ultimate fix on this. I've tried to run it as administrator which I can do, but a black screen comes up for a few seconds and then this error message pops up - 

Unable to start: 

Initialization error at start up.

[135dec40:984c6a38:00000077:00000000]

Please could someone help with this? Thank you so much
