I don't have the correct file to change the spanish language from the new toddlers stuff installation.[SOLVED]

I have installed the new toddlers stuff pack but it's all in spanish, I have followed the instructions from previous forums and help but I don't have the correct file name to change the language.
I require a file "RldOrigin.ini" but I don't have that file under that name in my bin folder.
I have "RldOrigin" and a lot of those files ending in "ddl"
The screenshots and files are not like the files I have now.
I tried to alter the language using the "RldOrigin" only file and it has caused me to deleted everything and install the sims 4 all over again.
I have attached a screenshot of what files I do have.
Please help!

Hello, I have installed the toddler pack and it changed to Spanish. I read up on what I should do but there was file name under "install folder\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\RLDOrign.ini" There is just a folder named "RLDOrigin" and I tried to change the language on that but it messed the entire game up and would not launch. So I had to uninstall everything and installed all the Sims from scratch, I see to not have the correct file to change the language?
Please help! Why God.

Hi there, have you tried applying the fix for the error 3 code? i think it can fix that language issue as well.

Hi there,

Are you able to double click on the RldOrigin (without any extensions behind it) and open up the file in notepad? Alternatively, this is the game folder provided by Tarac, in which you just need to replace your current Game folder with his, and then run the game administrator.

Yes you have the correct file and Windows is set to NOT show known file types hence why you don't see the .ini extension on the configuration file.
