Can't change the language. [SOLVED] Empty Can't change the language. [SOLVED]

I followed the installation guide, but the language won't change to Dutch.. I clicked on Dutch.reg and it said is was changed.. but when I start the game, everything is still English.. I tried everything but I really don't know what to do. 

I hope this problem can be solved. I really want to play this game in Dutch.

Problem solved via TeamViewer: the OP tried changing the language with the included registry files, in the download "The Sims 4". However, the OP has a 32-bit Windows system, and the registry files seemingly only edit the registry location for 64-bit systems.

I went to the registry location of the game in 32-bit Windows systems:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Maxis -> The Sims 4.


I clicked on said folder "The Sims 4" on the left, and then edited two registry values on the right-hand side:

GDFBinary: I just edited the part in the string with the en_US to the value nl_NL
Locale: I changed that to nl_NL

And the game was in Dutch now. Very Happy Have fun with the game ! Problem solved, topic closed. And don't hesitate to open a new thread whenever you have anything else to ask or chat about. 


P.S. I will notify the Admin about this issue too, so that we can put up a fix for that. Wink
