hi, i tried to extract the download file : the vampire and toodler..but there is a message that pops "c:\users\...\desktop\the sims 4 update v1.29.69.1020.zip: the archive is either in unknown format or damaged." and i tried to download the file a few times
what can i do? Why God. Why God. Why God. Why God.
