How do I install my packs? Empty How do I install my packs?

so, when I load up my game I checked if I have all the packs, which I do, BUT when I hovered over some I got this:

How do I fix this, or install them?

Try a new folder The Sims 4 in Documents>-Electronic Arts by renaming The Sims 4 to The Sims 4_old.
Then start your game again.
Uninstalled DLC's should now appear greyish.

It's also possible that you have 2 or more installation folders in Program Files (x86) and you started the game with a shortcut for an incomplete installation.
Right-click on the shortcut on your desktop and click on Open file location.
