Registration Code. Empty Registration Code.

Hello Smile. I've downloaded and followed the instructions for installing the Sims 3, but every time I press the play button, it closes the launcher and prompts me for a Registration Code. I've tried all the codes in the installation packet, and none seem to work. Help please?

Hello and welcome to the Forum,

You have to install at least one additional expansion or stuffpack, in order to play the game. Please see the guide here:
