The Sims 3: Keeps asking for Registration Code!

I did read the previous answer to this question and I tried to understand the fix, but I am no computer pro. I need it dumbed down for me. Please help! I have been working on this for 2 days.

Have you done the following:

Open the '# Crack' file in the .rar you Downloaded and copy + paste the'TS3.exe' to the 'Game Directory > Game > Bin'; standard this willbe: C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin and REPLACE it by the existing one. The Game should work now.

I tried this, but I don't know how to copy ts3 into that file and I don't know which file to remove.

Hello,

Just open the .rar file you Downloaded and open the "# Crack" folder in there. Select the "TS3.exe" and drag & drop it to: C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin a pop-up will appear, telling you the file already exists; choose "Replace".
