TS3 World Adventures Installation Problem

Hello!

I have downloaded the files for World Adventures expansion for sims 3, and when I follow the instructions on the installation guide I am running into a problem. I have already installed the base game, seasons, supernatural, island paradise, generations and pets along with a few stuff packs in the past with no problems and I also have quite a bit of DLC in my game. I want to install World Adventures and Late Night also, but the installation for these two does not seem as simple as the rest. My main concern is that I don't want to mess up what I already have installed and make it so that nothing works..I am trying to avoid that if at all possible  

The problem I am having is that when I get to step #2 in the installation guide which is this:

2. Now open the Start menu. Type 'regedit' in the search box and press [ENTER]. Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sims\The Sims 3   and double-click on 'SKU'. Change the shown
number to 2 and press 'OK'. Close the Register Editor.

I can do the first part, to bring up the Registry Editor. I can go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE ... but here is where I get stuck,  I do not see 'Sims' on the list under software anywhere, so I can't get past that so I can not complete the step. No Sims or anything like Origin, no EA, I see Maxis on the list but under this is only Sims 4. 
Is there any way to get around this, Can I skip this step or will that cause problems?

When you have 64-bits windows, after Software, scroll down to WOW6432Node.
Then you can see the folder Sims
