Stuck in loading screen Empty Stuck in loading screen

Please help the game works , cas is very good but when I select house hold I stuck in loading screen tried to delete the mods and save files , tray but didn't work  Why God.
This happened after the vampire dlc

Run TS4.exe instead of TS4_x64.exe
