Do cracked DLC's still work on new update of the Sims 4?

Hello people! It's me again, please delete if I'm not on the right thread. I have question regarding to The Sims 4 origin Base game with recent update this month. Like the title itself, do cracked DLC's still work? I've seen the game in sale today I want to make sure before buying. Thank you!

No, legit versions are not compatible with cracked ones.

If you buy the legit base game you will only be able to play the base game with the updates, no DLC or expansion packs unless you buy them too.

Ah, I see. I've seen other posts that they can mix the older DLC's such as GTW and base game. Well I guess it doesn't work like that anymore. Thanks for replying!

That was true for the Sims 3, but not anymore for the Sims 4

Legit games do NOT work with cracked games, but cracked games DO WORK with legit games !
Huh ?
Yes, when you have cracked games and you try to add Cats & Dogs (legally bought) it won't work
When you have the base game bought, you can add cracked DLC's
