Black plumbob [SOLVED]

Hello, I installed the sims 4 base game and all the expansions download from games4theworld and I followed every step of the guide "how to install the sims 4 correctly", everything works fine except the back plumbob over my sims heads. 
Can someone help me please?

You can either go to your Game\Bin and delete the default.ini OR try opening up the text file and changing the playeractivecolor to 0.43, 0.78, 0.12, 1.00.
