All expansion & stuff packs greyed out.

Hi, 

I installed cats & dogs and it was working perfectly even with cc, I ended up saving the game and quitting. But now when I try to play the game again all the expansion and stuff packs are greyed out, I've even removed my cc and it's still all greyed out and saying 'not owned'.

Just wondering if anyone has a solution? Thanks!

You should let the game create a new "The Sims 4" folder on your: .../Documents/Electronic Arts. Just save your current The Sims 4 folder inside Electronic Arts with another name, like "The Sims 4 PREVIOUS", run the game, see if the expansions will load (you may have to run the game twice for the all expansions to load) and finally replace the Save and Tray inside this newly created "The Sims 4" with the ones you have on the "The Sims 4 PREVIOUS".

Keep in mind that both CC and mods are loaded with errors, so I would move the Mods folder only after you run the game one more time (with only Save and Tray) to see if there's something on the Mods that's causing you trouble.
