game launch problem

hello, i installed the sims4 and every time i launch the game every click it get me to a black screen and return to the game but after 5 min the game and the computer crashes 
i have a new computer and it got all the requirements to launch the game 
what can i do?

Go under Game\Bin and delete...

- the folder reshade-shaders
- the file dxgi.dll
- the file dxgi.ini
- the file dxgi.log

i don't have this folder and files and i didn't delete them before  

OK, you probably haven't installed the latest DLC/updates. What about the suggestions here?

Especially pay attention to the part about the "DEP" and the option "Vertical Sync", in the game options.
