'The Sims 4 has stopped working'

Hi, the problems I have been experiencing with the Sims 4 is that when I play everything runs smoothly throughout Create A Sim but then as soon as I am done and want to continue the screen freezes once the green plumbob shows up and the error 'The Sims 4 has stopped working' pops up. I had earlier downloaded Create a Sim Demo off Origin incase that might have been the problem because I gotten it before the crack. I uninstalled the demo and then Origin as well and checked if it worked. But the error popped up again after CAS. I have been struggling with this for the past month, please help me.

This might not help you at all but, some times games do this thing where they take awhile to load, and sometimes if you wait through it then the game will eventually start back up. Other than that have you insstalled any mods or are sure you installed every part of the game correctly?
