Cant play in apartments [SOLVED]

Hello! So i downloaded the sims 4 pets which went fine. But after that san myshuno was removed. I just checked my game on the main menu and a few packs have been removed also? I re installed everything and the update just now but nothings changed. What should I do?

Are the packs in the main menu greyed out/with llama icons? If so, I'd suggest re-installing the missing packs in order, say, City Living was the earliest so, City Living -> Vampire -> Parenthood -> etc until the last update.

Else, try renaming your current sims 4 folder in documents and see if that helps. If not, try to instead move out your Sims 4 installation folder to the Desktop or D Drive.
