The Sims 4 won't launch.

Hey everybody:)

 Recently I downloaded the latest pack (Cats and dogs).I installed it according to the installation guide and then I launched the game and it worked well. After that I tried to re-open it a couple of hours later and the game won't open. At first it shows the "run the game as admin...make sure origin is not running" alert a copule of times (It always did, usually I try again and the game launches normally). After a few tries it says  "Sims 4 is already running.[ed35e0ea:29f00e76:00000000:18a1dd51]."
also I recently added the newest patch (1.37...) from this very site and it didn't solve the problem. Needles to say, I use your version of the game and not the official Origin copy. 


some things I have tried to do in order to fix it (from solutions I found online, some from this very forum)-

 1. to change the SHARE settings on the DOCUMENTS/ELECTRONIC ARTS folder.
2. I already uninstalled EVERYTHING and re-installed it according to the g4tw guide
3. I use Bitdefender anti-virus system and I added the program files and program filesX86 folders to the exception list
4 .There is nothing related to sims 4 in the task manager (as far as I could tell). When I try to launch the game it appears for a few seconds in the TM and then disappears.
5. I tried shutting down the computer and turning it back on... still no success. 
6. I always run the game as admin
7. I don't use any CC or mods at all
8. I tried to move out the save files and let the game generate new ones, doesn't help.
9. I also tried to delete the cache files.  
10. I changed absolutely nothing in the computer itself.



I would be happy to hear what can I do to fix the game, I'm so anxious to try it!
