Error Code 102 When Loading A Save.

Hey all, I followed the install instructions and the game works, its just when loading a save back I get "Game failed to load, error code 102" and its only with new saves after the updates. I installed ALL DLC's and even the 1.36 patch on top (shouldn't it be 1.37?) and I can't play cats and dogs because it won't load. Any suggestions?

Solved!

It turns out it was a mod called "The Relationship Decay Mod" and removing that no longer gave me the error.
