Help! My sims 3 had can't save with error code 12! [CLOSED]

I'm sorry if every my post are spamming x_x i've got a trouble again, this time my sims can't save with error code 12, well, i know, error code 12 is popular save trouble, but, i tried to search any solution and no one works! if i'm reinstall the game, it takes many time because i've all the stuff and exp pack. but anyway, i got the solution, that someone said on sims 3 forum, twallens mod is work for error 12, but i'm not really sure. i have mods and custom contents, should i remove those too? my ramis 2gb and my vga is 2gb too. now i'm using windows 7. please help me to find the way out thanks
