Game pop ups won't pop up.

I've correctly downloaded everything up until laundry day, when I first played there were llamas all over the map but I downloaded a fix and it all went away but now when I attempt to travel, cook, move, change outfits etc, after I press it nothing pops up. Any ideas as to why or how to fix this?

I've had this problem since Cats and Dogs... It's very frustrating. UPDATE: I downloaded Laundry day and this issue is resolved on my end... I can't tell you what fixed it, but it's fixed!

Keep in mind that the "fix" provided here:

Generally is intended for the latest available DLC, which at the time of me writing this post is "Laundry Day Stuff". Make sure to have that DLC installed.

If you scroll down a bit on that thread though, you will see a recent addition on the thread, namely fixes for earlier DLCs, so if you don't have all DLC installed, or simply don't want all DLC, then grab the appropriate folder from the bottom of the post.
