How to get just the base game with the latest patch. [SOLVED]

Hello!

I think I know the answer to my question but I would like someone to clarify that for me just to be sure.

In order to get just the base game in the latest version, I have to install all EPs etc. and then (optionally) remove them?

Here I've read about the "Update-Only Fix". Where can I find it? It seems like the tool that I would want.

We have prepared an "Update-Only Ultimate Fix" for the currently latest (1.38.49.1020) version, but we have not officially released it yet. I actually cannot tell when we will release it, but stay tuned for ~Ann's~ announcement I suppose.

The uncomfortable alternative is - indeed - what is described here:

Sorry I can't provide an easier solution at the moment.

Please don't call Update-Only-Ultimate Fix as that will create problems again no doubt.
May I suggest Basegame-Only-update ?

Of course you 'may'; just be aware that the item has been uploaded already, so any changes ~Ann~ decides to do about this will take effect on the next update at the earliest.
