Hello,

I was wondering if step 2 in the install guide is absoloubtely required, because I am already on the latest version of the Sims 3, and I really don't want to install that manual patch, because it's an absoloubtely HUGE file.

Hello,
The Manual Patch is to use when you cannot update your game normally.
So yeah, you can skip this step! Wink
