Unable to start the sims 4 base game

  Please help.

I followed the instructions and installed the base game and it didn't work.

I deleted the Origin and still cannot work.
The box down below showed up when I clicked Sims 4 icon.  





I would be so grateful if you can help me out. Really want to play the game!!

Go to
My Documents -> Electronic Arts -> The Sims 4
Delete the file GameVersion.txt
Now start your game again

  I downloaded other expansion packs except the cats and dogs one. When I tried to start the game to check if it works or not, this box showed up.   Please help. Thanksssss.

As the message states:
Run as Administrator (rightclick in the shortcut for the Sims 4 and run as an Administrator)
Make sure that Origin is not active on your computer.

Also, I hope you have not skipped expansions. Installation must take place in strict order.

City Living
Toddlers/Vampires
Parenthood
Fitness Stuff
Toddlers Stuff
Cats & Dogs
Laundry Day
