Game crashing when asking sim to move in. [SOLVED]
EDIT: I just lost hours of progress trying to go to the map to travel.
So, after the latest update, every time i ask a sim to move in, the game crashes. Until i can figure out a fix for it I'll have to manually transfer sims between households. It's not a super big deal, just a little irritating.

Just make sure you'll have the latest Game folder http://zipteria.com/A9azAlys-Gay-Parade wrote:EDIT: I just lost hours of progress trying to go to the map to travel.

Open your present Game folder, open the file RldOrigin.ini
Scroll down a bit to where you see CNT=
When this CNT= less than 151 note that number.
Extract the just downloaded folder Game with Winrar
Delete the existing folder Game (and Game_ if you have it)
Copy the new Game folder to the location of your old folder
Again open RldOrigin.ini, change CNT= to the number you noted above
Change if necessary the line Language=en_US to the abbreviation of your required language
Save RldOrigin.ini
Play game first time as Administrator

Problem solved, topic closed. One additional note though:
EDIT: I just lost hours of progress trying to go to the map to travel.
Try making it a habit of saving in short intervals, instead of playing a lot (without saving). That way, any unforeseen issues won#t cause you too big losses. And that goes for any Sims-game, not just TS4.
