Game is Crashing.[SOLVED] Empty Game is Crashing.[SOLVED]

I followed installation directions, and i used the ultimate fix for the game, and updated the game. Started the game without my mods, started my game after deleting the Electronic Arts folder and restarted the computer and everything i could do to possibly stop the game from crashing but nothing works. Any other things i could try to do to stop the game from crashing. This game should work on my computer cause me and my sister have the came computer and everything and it works on hers but not mine...

it seems alot of people are having problems with it crashing and the lunar cycle. im sure there will be a fix from ea...

When is it crashing?

Do you get an error message at startup?

And what is your base game version, just to double check?

base game version 1.38
and it crashes after the sims 3 supernatural loading screen

Do the DEP fix correctly!
